Registration

Pre-Registration is now closed.

The registration and information desk will be located on Level 3 of the North Tower of the Sheraton Wall Centre. It will be open for on-site registrations, to provide registration packages to Congress participants, and offer information regarding the Congress.

The registration and information desk will be open during the following hours:

Sunday, July 24: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
Monday, July 25: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
Tuesday, July 26: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm

* Please note, you must be a WHC, Inc. member for the 2011 year to attend the Congress.

** Students - MUST be 25 years old or younger, and if they are over 18 years of age, must state the name of the Institution where they are studying on their Registration Form. Students under 18 must submit proof of age, and students between 18 and 25 are required to submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their 2010/2011 Student ID from the Institution where they are studying indicating proof of their Student status. Please fax or scan the proof of age or student status to the Conference Secretariat. Registration will not be processed without receipt of this documentation.

Youth under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

WHC Shirt Sale

The deadline to order a WHC shirt has passed (June 15, 2011). There may be a limited quantity of shirts for sale on-site at the registration desk.

The Shirts are available for men and women. The women's Shirt will be a v-neck style shirt. The shirts will have the Congress logo on them and cost $20.00 CAD each.

FULL CONGRESS AND STUDENT REGISTRATION includes: Name badge, Delegate bag, Opening Gala, Welcome Reception, Access to all sessions and concerts, access to the exhibit hall.

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION includes:  Name badge, delegate bag, access to all sessions, concerts and exhibit hall on day of registration.

GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE

REGISTRATION - REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellations received in writing at the WHC2011 Congress Secretariat’s address by May 20, 2011 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $75 CAD administrative fee (as per committee policy). Cancellations received after May 20, 2011 will not be accepted or refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.  A completed Registration Form for the new person must be faxed or mailed to the Congress Secretariat prior to the Congress, explaining who is being replaced.  DO NOT USE THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THIS PROCEDURE.  No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
